How do you define yourself and what you do in your business (if you have one) and your
I would define myself as needing to try new things, take action and make it happen. I don't like to sit still, I love to travel etc. I'm a business consultant working with women in business to develop their strategic plan for future growth and success. I have 2 kids Finlee 9 and Chloe 5.
Describe for us, a day in the life of you. Do you have any tips or life hacks?
Over the last couple of years I've suffered with depression and anxiety so I try and take the mornings slower but getting the kids their lunch, go easy and then start some work for the business around 10am each day. I've found that it's ok to go slow as long as your taking action.
What was the best advice you have received?
Follow your gut.
Where do you go to get your entertainment? E.g. Netflix, Books, Podcasts, YouTube, and what are your fave’s.
To be honest - I prefer going to events and hanging out with interesting people. Just got back from the Maldives.

What one area of your life would you like to improve?

Not recovering from my depression and anxiety.
