Ep. 41 2018 - Sarah Liddle - Pleasure Coach

Ep. 41 2018 - Sarah Liddle - Pleasure Coach

In this weeks episode of the busy mum podcast I speak with Sarah Liddle, a pleasure coach, a mum and wife.

How do you define yourself and what you do in your business (if you have one) and your family life?

I don’t define it. Labelling leads to judgment. I am very fluid as a mother and business owner. Adaptive!

Describe for us, a day in the life of you.  Do you have any tips or life hacks?

Yes, I embrace slow pleasure. I don’t set goals and I don’t do anything I dislike. My pleasure and family come first.

What was the best advice you have received?

It’s not what happens to you, it’s what you do about it.

Where do you go to get your entertainment? E.g. Netflix, Books, Podcasts, YouTube, and what are your fave’s.

All of the above.

I have a flavour for history, film, fashion, good books, and good speakers. So I listen, watch and learn from many sources.

What is your go to dinner!

Cheese plater.

What one area of your life would you like to improve?

I’ve been working on matching my business with my period cycles, although I don’t always get it right.

What’s your greatest fear and how do you deal with it?

Death. I would rather not talk about it right now. :)

Quick Questions

What website have you signed up to that you actually find value in receiving their emails.

None. Really TBH I don't read emails.

What’s one piece of advice you would give your pre baby self .

Don’t be a dick to people, keep screwing up tremendously - later in life you’ll be grateful, save some money please, and look after your health.

What’s the most useful / useless baby item you have?

I do not like baby items. Most are poor quality. I buy second hand vintage when I can, or my partners mum knits.

Okay, busy mum! Let’s get real, I mean really real real (is that to many reals). I would lurve to get this podcast out there (in podcast land) so that other business mums can learn from these conversations.  As you know, I am on iTunes and I would be forever grateful to get a review on iTunes and the more reviews I receive the more likely iTunes will reward this podcast with a better reach. Here is the iTunes link to help me with a review
